About Tracy Minnoch-Nuku

Tracy has spent over 30 years in the fitness industry across multiple roles from teaching group classes and ten years as a PT to heading up the Les Mills business for South East Asia. The last five years as Co-Founder and Owner of Malaysia’s first boutique fitness chain, www.firefitness.com.my. 

Tracy has a keen eye for fitness trends and the ability to turn these into long-lasting and fast following programs and workouts. From the programming concept, to the training of her teams, Tracy leaves a legacy of LOVE FOR MOVING and the business support to sustain them. Tracy was also an integral creator for Asia’s most downloaded fitness APP, www.fiolife.com.

Tracy is one of the global ambassadors for The Women in Fitness Association (WIFA) and has recently launched her passion project – Sexy Aging – a podcast that addresses hormonal changes in women and the affects to their lives physically and mentally.
