FitEx 2020, Hauora Yoga Conference 2020 & The 2020 Exercise Industry Awards
FitEx as well as the Hauora Yoga conference are co-timed to take place at the same time. For a brief description see below or click on the links to see full information on each conference. The Awards ceremony and black tie dinner takes place on the evening of the Saturday.
FitEx
FitEx is the name for the conference for the fitness and exercise industry in New Zealand. This event features the latest in science and business for every facet and role within the fitness industry – from facility owners, though to exercise professionals (Personal Trainers, Group exercise Instructors).
In 2019 the conference was held from the 22nd to the 24th of November. Friday events included a full day Business Summit for Owners/Managers of clubs and a half day Business Summit for Personal Trainers. There were also other full and part day events with one taking part on the Thursday.
FitEx has been going from strength to strength in recent years with over 900 Owners/Managers, Personal Trainers, Group Exercise Instructors and other Industry professionals attending in 2019.

Hauora Yoga Conference
Hauora Yoga Conference is three day educational event where the professional yoga community in Aotearoa, New Zealand connect, discuss, learn, innovate and practice together.
We gather to educate and empower our yoga teachers, inspire our yoga students and develop our national yoga community. We uphold yoga principles and values, with reverence for the many aspects and expressions of yoga within our unique cultural landscape.
